Project summary create issues not aligned with issue scheme order

The create issues area on the top right of the Project Summary page is not consistent with the ordering of the issue types scheme. Would like the create items area configurable.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hi Matthew,

I'm not sure of a way to do this using OOB JIRA features. We invested in a plugin called Structure for JIRA >> http://structure.almworks.com/

This plugin allows you to view issues in a hierarchy so when looking at open issues you will see the sub issues below them. It also has a multitude of other useful features for project management.
