Hello,

We are using Jira which is hosted on Windows server. How to know that any proxy server has been set up for this Jira Application ?

And if we can find the proxy server details then can we check which process is running inside the proxy server which responsible for it ?

Regards

We can't tell you that, you'll need to talk to the administrators of the proxy to find out what it is doing.

The server (not Jira) admins of your Jira server should be able to tell you what the outgoing proxy settings are - they would have had to add them to setenv.bat.  (if it's an incoming proxy, they will have had to change the server.xml in Tomcat, but the proxy won't be named there, so it won't tell you much)
