Hi friends,

While i am trying to configure the Public Announcement Service plugin in my ondemand JIRA.It shows 403 forbidden. How can i configured these one.

Whether the Public Announcement service and the Announcment banner are same or different?

i seen the following diffrence

Announcment banner: the banner visibility level can be configured to display to all users or just logged-in users.

Public Announcement service: Target all users or only specific groups
