Puedo tener 2 estados en el flujo de trabajo que descuenten el trabajo pendiente (burndown chart)

Hola!
Les comento que nuestro flujo de trabajo incluye 2 estados en verde al que llamamos "finalizada" y otra como "close" (la última del flujo). El problema es que solo las que llegan al estado "close" descuenta los story points del trabajo pendiente que muestra el burndown chart y necesitamos que también el estado anterior "finalizada" descuento trabajo pendiente. Existe alguna configuración en el estado de las incidencias que permita descontar los story points? ¿O solo 1 estado de la incidencia del worflow puede considerar ese desscuento de story points?

Para un tablero de Sprint, el gráfico de avance grabará la información de los problemas que se encuentran en la columna más a la derecha en la Vista del tablero. Puede asignar varios valores de Estado a esa columna si desea que la quema se produzca en función de varios estados.

Tenga en cuenta que los problemas que se consideran completados para el sprint también se basan en la columna más a la derecha en su Vista de tablero. Si asigna los estados Listo y Cerrado a esa columna, los problemas en ambos estados se considerarán completos cuando cierre el sprint. Los problemas en ambos estados se eliminarán del tablero y del trabajo pendiente cuando se complete el sprint.

For a Sprint board the burndown chart will burn down the information for the issues that are in the column farthest to the right on your Board View. You can map multiple Status values to that column is you want the burn down to occur based on multiple statuses.

Note that the issues that are considered completed for the sprint is also based on the column farthest to the right on your Board View. If you map both the Done and Close statuses to that column, then issues in both those Statuses will be considered complete when you close the sprint. Issues in both those Statuses will be removed from the board and backlog when the sprint is completed.

Can I have 2 statuses in the workflow that discount the pending work (burndown chart)

I tell you that our workflow includes 2 states in green, which we call "finished" and another "close" (the last one in the flow). The problem is that only those that reach the "close" state discount the story points from the pending work shown in the burndown chart and we also need the previous "finished" state to discount pending work. Is there any configuration in the status of the incidents that allows story points to be discounted? Or can only 1 status of the worflow issue consider that story point discount?
