Pulling a report using Epics

Is there a way to get the list of Epics into a report   ? I was just given a project someone else worked on and wanted the list of epics for reporting. 

Backlog has an "epics panel" , but simple reports lite does epic option does not display the names of the epics.

Run a search for "issuetype = Epic", save it as a filter, and you can then use that in all sorts of gadgets on dashboards, as well as some reports.
