Experts could purchase add-ons with some discount and may apply some of this discount to you. It is the same license, no difference on support or any other feature.

And experts will often handle POs which Atlassian doesn't do directly for regular size licenses. Experts can also arrange for all the expiry dates of your add-on licenses to coincide.
