Qtest Defects not showing under Jira Add-Ons

Hello, after finding a bug in testing under qTest

and after linking Jira with qTest

and after successfully saving Jira connection under integration settings under qTest 

and after making sure "Defect" is put as an issue type 

and now we start introducing the problem: 

1. after finding a defect in qtest, i linked it to my Jira board and submitted the issue under Defect. worked perfectly  and it shows up under the issue board 

PROBLEM: this issue does not show up under "Add-ons" > qTest 

anybody know why?
