Queries on Issue linking

Hi Team,

1. I would like to know if there is any option available to change a issue linking from one link to another? The reason of this is that, I have issue link for which I don't want my users to use it newly creating issues but then I don't want to remove it though because we have many existing issues which still uses that link. Is there a way where we can change the issue link from one to another while creating new issue.
2. Can we restrict issue link on a project level. Can I have a link enabled only for a specific project?

1. Not per se. You have to create a new link between these two issues, and erase the previous one.
2. No, unfortunately you can't restrict it. Linking is global and instance-wide. Here are some issues which you can vote and watch
