Query for Resolved tickets within a specified timeframe

Valon February 7, 2022

Hello,

I want to report my resolved tickets within a specified timeframe for example 01.02.2022 until 28.02.2022.

I tried the following query but as a result I get all my resolved tickets.

('Assigned Group*+' = "group") AND ('Assignee+' = "name") AND (('Status*' = "Resolved") OR ('Status*' = "Closed")) AND (('Last Resolved Date') >= ("01.02.2022")) AND (('Last Resolved Date') <= ("28.02.2022"))

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for help!

Best,

Valon

Hello Community, no ideas how to solve my issue on BMC Remedy ITSM Suite?

Hi @Senovc87_vk

Welcome to the Community!!

Better use the basic JQL querying!!

Here's the option

Hi Pramodh, thank you for your quick response :)

I forgot to mentioned that I am asking for BMC Remedy ITSM and not for Jira. Hope I am here right :)

Best,
Valon
