Query regarding JIRA Atlassian license

Can we use Jira server  edition license to Data Center Jira  if yes ,  Can we use Server license with Data center license within same organization and how to share the  license ?

No. If you want to use Jira DataCenter you need a Data Center license.

Also, there is no sharing - each Server or DC install needs its own licence.

If you have a very large Atlassian estate with many services, you might want to look at an Enterprise Licence Agreement.
