Query to find all issue types in project A and blockers in project B to display in PLANS. 

I don't want to buy scriptrunner, are there any solutions for this?  

Need issuetype = story from project A where issuelinktype=blocks any issues in project B

There is not a solution for this with only native Jira functionality. It will require a third party app.

Are you willing to consider purchasing a different app?
