Question About Jira REST API Stability

Hey community,

I have a question regarding the stability of certain Jira REST API endpoints.

I'm using multiple endpoints from both V2 and V3 of the Jira REST API, and I’ve noticed that some of them are tagged as EXPERIMENTAL.

For example, the endpoint for creating a user:

• V2 Create User
• V3 Create User

Does Atlassian provide any information on whether these experimental endpoints will become stable and officially supported in the future?

Where can I find this information?
