Question about creating issue

Dear all,

I created new screen, screen scheme and assigned it to new project.

but when I tried to test creating the issue, it failed with the error 'Error creating issue: Unable to clean field - 'customfield_10127 - User Test Result'.

I didn't insert 'User Test Result' custom field to create screen.

Please refer to the error image and let me know how I can solve this problem.error page.PNG

"Unable to clean field" is an error message being thrown by something you've installed on your system.  In English, it's a really bad description of the problem and is way too vague to be useful.

Have a look at the validators on the workflow transition.  One of them will be causing this message to appear.
