×Hello,
I hope you're doing well.
I'm currently developing a software solution that integrates directly with Jira, and I have a technical question regarding real-time updates.
My application inserts data into Jira issues via API (or a custom trigger). I would like to know if there is any way to automatically refresh the page—or update its content—for users who are currently viewing the issue in their browser at the moment the change occurs.
The goal is to ensure that any updates made through the integration are immediately visible to users without requiring them to manually refresh the page.
Does Jira provide native support for this behavior, or is there a recommended approach (such as Webhooks, WebSockets, plugins, or using Forge) to achieve this kind of functionality?
Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Adilson
