In case of 'Incident' (Issue type) tickets, only in case “Is Outage” field is set to “yes” then the following fields are mandatory when closing the ticket:
“Outage started at”
“Outage ended at”
“Downtime (mins)”
Currently these fields are mandatory regardless of the “Is outage” field, which isn’t really what I want.
Can somebody tell me how to achieve it?
