Questions about Git Commit message

If you use Issue-001 title # action Review Request with current Commit message, the status of Jira's Task will change from In Progress to In Review. Issue-001 Using title # action approved, Jira's Task status changes from In Review to Approval. I would like to move from In Progress to Approval
