Questions about localization in 7.1.1

I have setup an evaluation copy of JIRA on my German Windows PC.

After changing localization to English US some texts are still in German (see screenshots). Why?

Moreover: Some texts don't seem to have been translated into German. When can we envisage these?

To answer your question about translations and when will they be ready you can look and assist in the translation process by visiting https://translations.atlassian.com/dashboard/translate?lang=de_DE#/287/12179/All Groups/ALL/ this shows you the current status of translations for any combination of product/version/language. 

From here you can download language packs for each product and version as well as contribute to the overall process.

Now to answer the specific question on your translation within your system.

Although you have set the default back to English and the majority of the system is correctly reflecting this the two examples you provided have not reset. I would raise this as a bug with Atlassian as they should have reset. https://support.atlassian.com/customer/servicedesk-portal
