Quick Filter Configuration Missing

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Where have the board settings gone for managing quick filters?
In the past I've been able to manage quick filters in my company managed project using board settings. I've verified that I'm in a company managed project and that I'm in the administrators group but my board settings options are not there any more. All I see now are "start standup", "release", and "whiteboard" menu options. Where did these settings go

Hi @Aaron and welcome to the Community!
When you are on the Board view, click the ... button next to the board name and then select Board Settings.
Next, on the left hand side open the Layout menu to uncover Quick Filters:
