Quick Filter on Closed Sprints not working

Hi,

I have a quick filter that is not working. Can anyone help? The filter is supposed to show issues tagged with the selected iteration:

Sprint = 284

I have run it using the board filter by filtering out issues in Sprint 284 and I get 41 issues returned but with the quick filter I get nothing. Also, when I use an active sprint the quick filter works.

Boards display information only from Active Sprints. Once a sprint is closed, the issues in that sprint are no longer displayed on the board. When you select a Quick Filter you are asking the system to display only the issues in the board that match the filter. Therefore, a Quick Filter based on a closed sprint will show no results.

@Trudy Claspill  Thanks for the response. I figured out the issue. It was something I missed. I had not mapped the status in the column correctly.
