Quick filters enabled by default?

I have created a custom filter to hid the su-tasks from the Active Sprint board.

I would like to have that filter be enabled by default every time someone access that board. If they want to see the Sub-Tasks, they can always click on that quick filter button to disable it.

I'm not sure if you can. I think the Quick Filters default setting is configured per account, not per board. I might be wrong.
