Hi,
the quickfilters on our Jira boards disappear from time to time. This is gone then:
Without the filters:
With filters after clicking through Jira:
Unfortunately there are no patterns to reproduce the problem. I don't want to exclude that it is a local problem, therefore the question in this round. Does anyone else have the same problem?
Thanks,
Frank
Hi Frank - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
From you screenshot it looks like the quick filters are simply displaying as individual buttons/links instead of a dropdown. Do you have more quick filters than the 3 being displayed on this board?
It might even have to do with your browser and the size of your monitor/laptop screen where it shows the individual buttons vs the dropdown.
Hi, Thank you!
This problem have multiple users on different boards.
In my case I only have three quickfilters. I looks as if these were not provided by the webserver. The html code doesn't appear.
I guess this is not a browser nor display problem.
But it might be a proxy problem.
Best,
Frank

I think it is a space issue. The more users on a board, the more space it takes up and the less space to list quick filters individually - forcing them to a dropdown.
So, in reality, the quick filters have not disappeared, they just are shown in a different manner. But they are all still available in one way or another.

This is how it looks:
If I click through Jira and come back the board filters reappear:

In that case, that looks like you need to submit a support ticket to Atlassian for a bug: :-)
