We may want to use Jira for our IT service department. We would also like to use Confluence. We have approximately 100 users and currently 7 practitioners. We would like to receive an estimate of the costs for our organization. Thanks in advance.

you will want to think about how many users you will have for each product. Will all 100 need both Jira and Confluence, or would there be some reduced number on either product?

We have 7 collegues who work on projects at the moment. For Jira I think these 7 will be enough. For Confluence I think everyone who wants to acces the information has to be a user? Is this correct?
It seems that for Jira Service Management this is not the case and 'others' can also report through the portal. Is this correct or do we need more agents/ users in this case?
