REST API for creating scriptrunner workflow functions / artifacts automatically preferably via rest?

Is there a Scriptrunner REST API for programmatically creating Scriptrunner Workflow functions / Artifacts in bulk?

We need to migrate from Server to Cloud and we need a repeatable process preferably as automated as possible.

We have lots of custom scripts in our workflows which we know we will have to re-right to use REST but we could use an automated way of deploying them into our workflows after migration.

A dream target would be a Continuos Integration set up where we can run our migration in test, over and over until it is perfect before we migrate for real.

This might leave us in a good situation for managing development and releases of Jira customizations going forward.
