RTE in Burndown not showing zero hrs at the end of sprint

My burndown chart is not showing zero hours at the end of sprint.  I've poked around and found a similar post HERE.  

All of the issues were completed in sprint.  Nothing was passed to the next sprint.

Below is a picture of the Burndown using Story Points.  You can see everything was completed.

I have checked at my project standard workflow (used by multiple teams) has the RTE set to zero as the first post function. 

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you
