We have an issue with the 'requests on behalf of customers organisation' field
When members of the admin team create tickets on behalf of clients, we prefer to have them in our own name and then associate it with the clients organisation.
This means that the client will be able to see it in their portal, but will not get confused if a ticket has been created in their name rather than ours (particularly if it is an issue they may not know about yet)
The difficulty is that when selecting our own users, the organisation field does not show, so we can't associate a client with a ticket until after the ticket has been created in this case.
Any suggestions?
Hi @Craig Keith - This isn't how Jira is designed, but if you want your agents to be able to create issues on behalf of the organization, you'll need to add the agents to every organization.
