Hi Team,
Any suggestions is appreciated.
1. How can attachments be migrated from Rally to Jira Cloud
2. So from my understanding all the sprints should be closed before migrating? Let me know what is the best
3. In brief help me with what all can be migrated to Jira Cloud successfully.
4. And how about the status mapping and if there are any logging of work available.
5. Best Practices for migration from Rally to Jira Cloud.
I have gone through the documentation where exporting it has csv and importing it. So its a huge data if any scripts can be used to map or create a new csv which can be imported to Jira Cloud. Please help with that.
Thanks and Regards,
Ganesh

Hi @Ganesh_Babu,
We support migration TO Jira ServiceDesk.

Hi @Ganesh Babu ,
Although I've used both tools I don't have experience migrating from Rally to JIRA and hope you get useful tips here. That said, these articles contain very interesting information, in case you haven't read them:
