Rally to jira implementation guide?

Has some one found or used a rally to jira implementation guide when doing a migration?

Hi Andrew,

I understand you are looking for some guidance in regards to migrating from Rally to Jira.  We do have some documentation that lays out some options for doing this in Importing data from Rally.  While Jira does not have an import utility specific to Rally at this time, you could use a CSV export from Rally in order to then import that into Jira.

But even that doc notes the limitation of using CSV:

The import through CSV has some limitations. If the results aren't satisfactory, there are complete third party solutions available which might help you. Please check out the following solutions from Atlassian Marketplace:
