Random select one user from a multi-users field

Hi, I have a multi-select user field in my epic, and I want to auto assign a story to anyone from that field. It can be a random select. Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks.

To randomly select one user from a multi-user picker field in Jira Automation, you'll need to use a combination of Jira's automation rules, smart values, and potentially some scripting or custom functions if the built-in features do not directly support random selection.
