Rank not appearing on default screen

I'm using the greenhopper template and on the planning board I can drag my issues arround and rank them.

On the default screen I have rank as an available field but it does not show when I create a Jira. So it seems to only be available when I'm on the planning board.

Any idea why this is? I did get this workign on a test system a while ago but cant seem to do it now.

Rank is not something which is expected to be edited manually, even though Jira provides a nice tree control do it. GH automatically adjusts the Rank values as per the prioritization you do on the Planning Board.

To see the Rank field in the Jira Create Issue screen, you should be able to edit the screen associated with the project/issue-type (navigate to the right screen, by starting from the Issue Type Screen Scheme associated with the project) and adding the Rank field to the screen.
