The error code you are seeing is not an error code itself, it's a reference for Atlassian to help them find the error in their logs and data.  It is quite likely a number of other Cloud sites have seen this error.

Best thing to do is report the whole error directly to Atlassian, so they can find and fix the problem, and let you know.  Https://support.atlassian.com/contact
