一部のユーザーアカウント（管理者ではない）を削除するにあたり、別のユーザーアカウントに権限を委譲すしたいと考えています。
JIRA,Confulenceが対象です。

a-xxxx@example.com

xxxx@example.com

と存在しているのですがa-xxxx@example.comを削除して

a-xxxx@example.comが作成したプロジェクト（所有者権限）、アクセスしていたプロジェクトなどをxxxx@example.comが引き続き利用、編集できるようにしたいと考えています。

方法があればご回答いただけますでしょうか。
