I deleted a certain PJ.

Before deleting the PJ, some tickets were remained in the PJ but I didn't recognize them.

Can I re-create the deleted PJ with remaining tickets in it ?

@Fukuda Kazumi ,

If I understand correctly, you deleted a project because you thought it was empty while some issues were still there and now you would like to recover the deleted content.

The only way to restore content in Cloud is to restore a backup taken before the  project was deleted. For details see:

However, the above way will delete all the content created after the backup was taken.

Another option is then to restore  the backup into a temporary instance, export the issues to CSV and then re-import them as explained in:

Now:

  • When did you delete the project?
  • Do you have any backup of your instance taken before deleting the project?
  • Did you add any extra content (issues, projects, etc) you don't want to loose after deleting the project?

Cheers,
Dario

Dario-san

  Thank your kind explanations !

 1.   I deleted the PJ including remaining issues (tickets) 4 days ago.

 2.   I didn't take any back-up before deleting the Project.

 3.   I added many extra content in the PJ.

I understand that we should take back-up before deleting the PJ. Or keep the PJ not delete without back-taking back-up.

Fortunately, I have used the slack & could get the tickets & comments in them from Slack and could not get attached files.   But we will be able to get these files from my colleagues.

  Thank you again & regards

You are very welcome @Fukuda Kazumi and I am happy to know that using the Slack integration actually provided you a way to workaround this issue.

Have a nice day!
