2 Done status?

Hi there,

My project got 2 workflows but they are exactly the same, unsure how come  I got "Done" duplicated. Any suggestion on how to remove the extra one?

Hi Mimi,

You are using global transitions in your workflow (<--All)

Also then you have added a transition from To-Do to Done, i think you should delete this transition from To Do to Done

Hi @Mimi Peters , Can you confirm that this is a Company Managed Project (CMP)? Can you check if there are duplicate "Done" statuses under settings > issues > Statuses (sidebar) defined in your instance?

It’s a CMP, indeed I got one extra point to Dome status , once I remove it and it’s all good :)
