409 when loading Tempo page?

I cannot load the Tempo page in a Chrome window, other than Incognito mode, without receiving a 409 http error for 

https://.../messages/navV3-onboarding-spotlight-tour/start

    1. errors: []
    2. message: "Message is not eligible to be started: User has already seen message"
    3. status: "Conflict"

Hi Lee,

I don't think the http error would prevent you from loading Tempo page.

If the issue only works in incognito mode, I suspect that there are browser extensions blocking Tempo page.

If there is no browser extensions installed, please open a case at our support portal so we can better assist you.

Thank you for your quick reply. As is usually the case, I stepped away from the issue and had the "I bet it's an extension" epiphany. I have since resolved the issue. Thank you again!
