Last updated is 1970.
I can't edit workflows.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The date on the workflow is a bit of a giveaway that you have broken workflows.  It's the epoch date base - date and time in systems is counted in microseconds elapsed since the first second of 1st Jan 1970.

This strongly implies that your workflow has "0" for the "last edit" date, which suggests other parts of it are likely to be broken too, which will prevent editing.  

You might just have to delete them and start again.

Might be these workflows are system generated or added via import, Please check if you can copy this workflow and then try to edit?
