A New Structure deosn't appear on JQL search.

Hi,

I built a new structure and gave permissions.

When i try to build a filter to extract issues from the structure I get "There's no structure "General Structure QA In Prod" or you don't have permissions to view it."

I checked the permissions they are as should be.

What am I missing?

Could you please tell me a bit more about what you are trying to achieve?

How and where exactly are you trying to filter the issues?
