A bug in Zephyr "Add Step" text link doesn't work

Try to click on Add Step link , its not adding steps

Hi,

This issue has already been reported and the DEV team is currently working to address this, a fix for this issue will be available in the next release. 

In case this issue is blocking you then you can use the current active step, enter data and click the button with the tick icon to save the step, a new empty step is automatically added at the end of all saved steps. In this way you can add as many steps as you want.

Even the tick icon is not working to save the step from last week. Was there any update happened in Zephyr jira recently? Can you let me know when was the last update in Zephyr jira and the latest version of the same?
