Hello, I have a problem on the service desk.
A customer no longer has access to their tickets.
The email address is always the same. I tried to create a new ticket but it still doesn't have access.

thanks

Hello @Melany Picory

Can you share more details, please?

  • is the customer having problems logging in?
  • what screen does the customer get redirected to or displayed when trying to access the issue?
  • is the customer seeing any errors flagged on the screen?

Hi,

1. other people in their company always have access to tickets.

2. the client did not see any of his tickets: image (2).png

I asked him to disconnect and reconnect but he can no longer connect with his credentials : image.png

For my part I looked and he is well registered with his tickets : image (1).pngthanks

Interesting that he cannot log in again. I would assume there is an issue with his account configuration having changed. If you can't resolve this, I'd recommend you contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/
