A few of our many users are no longer receiving Jira notifications. In the past they had received notifications.
Their roles did not change.
They are reporters, assigned or tagged in or on the ticket.
You may also consider asking your admin to try the Notification Helper, which can guide them through identifying and correcting issues. Please see here for more information:

Best regards,

Hi Bill,
Had my Admin follow the steps in the Notification Helper.
After clicking the "Submit" at the end, the Admin was taken to an "Issue Updated" page and provided another submit button, which when clicked, nothing happened.
Was there to be an email generated or a pop-up or some kind of notification of the updated?
Thanks for the advise.

Welcome to the community!
If notification is not receiving, you should check the "notification schema" of your project.
You can find the notification schema go to Issues->Issue Attributes ->Notification scheme
For changing the notification scheme you should have the Admin access.

@Monika Rani My admin verified the Notification scheme.
I tagged the admin in a ticket comment.
The admin received no email notification.
Thanks, I appreciate any help.
