A groupmail of Gmail is bouncing Jira's invitation.

Hi,

We'd like to add a group mail as a member of Jira.

But when we added a group email(e.g. group@ourdomain.com*) and sent a invitation,

the invitation email is not arrived why gmail bounced the mail.

So we cannot click the activation link URL.

each member's email is gmail based account. for example, abc@ourdomain.com.

Hi @Seyoung Park  as per your query , check the following  steps 

1. Go to the  Manage your google account .

2. you have security recommendation go to the Protect your account

3. after that go to the Third-party access , Turn it on .

you will be able to receive  the jira mail .

Unfortunately, there was no checkbox related "Third-party access" in case of group mail account setting.  

ATLASSIAN should check this problem to Google.
