A team member are not able to view JIRA boards

A team member cannot access or JIRA board, though access has been granted hm by out administrator. On clicking the invite email he is met with a message indicating that he doesn't have access.

"message indicating that he doesn't have access", do you mean no access to Jira or Board alone?

If it's the Board then Perisic's answer holds strong.

Would also recommend checking the filter of the board, a board with a private filter won't be accessible to others too.

• Can you post a screenshot of the issue? (blur out the things that you don't want to be seen here since this is a public site)
• Check with whom the filter of the board has been shared with:
  • Three dots -> Configure Board -> General -> Shared with
• Has the user been added to the project?
