As title, when one of our users tries to open any issue they get a "We Couldn't Connect To That Issue" message instead. We've done a screenshare and I can see from the URL in chrome that we are both on the same URL but I get to see the issue and they get this message. They can see previews of issues when entering a search term, but the Issues list is blank to them.
They are set up the same way as other users so I can't see why this is happening?
Suddenly everyone in my getting an notification in my team, can somebody help here please
@alex, you can show a example ?

Here's a grab from the Issues page. Searching by issue number seems to show previews which are selectable, but the "Couldn't Connect" message shows for the attempt. Possibly I need to get more shots from them.

You can user the "permission helper" (type G+G and type permission) then use to get the user, issuekey and permission need, this looks like the customer accessing inside the jira.
