A window explaining what is missing for a transaction between statuses

The movement between statuses in the workflow can be limited by the conditions that are necessary for this movement. But the user does not always understand what he lacks so that the transition to the status can take place. Is there any functionality in Jira Cloud that allows to add a window explaining what fields need to be completed to move to the desired status?

Hi Oksana,

You can add a screen  includes the fields you want to be filled to the transition. And then, you need to add Required field validator to validators of the transition. When user want to change to status, they will get an warning about what they need to fill.

Workflow >> Edit the transition >> Transition View (you need to create a new screen and fill it with your fields)
