ABOUT CUSTOMIZING BACKUP TIME ON JIRA

I am the jira admin, I want to ask how to adjust jira's system backup time and backup related issues.

Hi,

Are you talking about automatic xml backup service on JIRA? If so, yes, you can change the cron expression to a different time as per the requirement.  Login JIRA --> Admin --> System - > Services --> Edit on Backup service...
