AI to assist with Custom Intake Form for Issues

Hi, the team developed a custom form in Jira (On Premise) to intake requests / issues. The form is quite extensive with many custom fields (required).

The team asked if a bot (i.e., Copilot agent) can be used somehow to assist the end user with filling out and submitting the form. User should provide details in natural language and agent can fill out what possible based on those details, suggest how to fill out remaining fields (based on context and available fields' multi choices), perform a final review, and submit the form once all fields have been entered.

Really appreciate ideas to accomplish this! Thanks in advance ;-)

AI can do this, you would want to work with an applied engineer to develop this.

However before you even do that I would highly recommend talking to your legal department, a lot of those tools aren't enterprise ready and you may be risking your companies data trying to use a tool like that
