API token, changed organization's account

Good afternoon!

The owner of the organization's account has changed, the API token remains with the old owner, you need to transfer it to the new owner.
All data and access of the old owner has been preserved.Organization - ICNX.

There doesn't actually seem to be a question here - can you give a bit of information about what the API is being used for, what is the issue and what isn't happening since the owner of the account changed?
