Able to delete work log when users timesheet is approved

I am able to delete, and change work attributes of a work log that is in a users timesheet that is already approved. 

The work attributes are still changeable in the timesheets list view, the work log is still changeable and deletable in the issues' activity section.

How can I prevent this.

One possibility is to block editing the information in an issue if it is Done, for example, you can set the status workflow properties to not editable.

Set the status "Completed" properties (jira.issue.editable = false)

Status = To Do

Status = Done
