Able to see only tasks and sub-tasks in my JIRA account

Team, I have recently joined the JIRA Atlassian. I am working on one of the requirements of integrating JIRA with Azure DevOps. For that, I used the app called "JIRA-Azure DevOps Integration" by Getint under apps portal of JIRA. I did create integrations and connections between JIRA and Azure DevOps. I can able to sync only task and sub-tasks from JIRA to Azure DevOps. But I couldn't be able to sync other items like issues, epics, etc., 

Note that sync from Azure DevOps to JIRA also not working as expected due to this same issue. Could someone help me on this to achieve my expectations?

If you are using third party app as mentioned, I would recomment to contact with the vendor. They would support you best.
