About custom fields

Is possible to display or hide the other custom fields in a screen according to the options which selected in "select list(cascading)" field?

The behaviors plugin may allow it. Or scripting. But not out of the box

Thanks joe, i am new to the jira, you said as scripting that means we want to write a new script according to our change and deploy in our server.. is it correct?
