Access Blocked – 403 Error on Jira Board

Hello,
I’m trying to access the following Jira board:
https://gigaltd.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/MAP/boards/11
But I’m getting the following error message:
403 ERROR – The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked.
It seems I don’t have permission, or there is a configuration issue.
Please check and let me know how I can resolve this.

Please find details below 

- we see that you have jira on this site and its on free plan and is active so no issues there 

- This would be a permission issue here 

-We see you are part of the site but not the org or site admin. Please check with your org admins if they have given you the jira product permission 

- Could you please also check with your org admins if you have the browse permission for this project and also the permission to the filter of the board

• May we know your role on the site and the project MAP
• Is this issue exist for everyone or just for you?
• Have you tried to access the link using a different machine or browser?
• When this issue start occurring on your end?
